Magnetic coupling pumps are the name given to the type of pump designed to pump liquids containing toxic and other dangerous substances without the use of mechanical seals. The elements flowing over the electricity are kept in a completely closed area and the magnetic force is transferred by the magnet located on the shaft on which the liquid wheel rotates. Magnetic coupling pumps are basically pumps used for hazardous materials, but they also have many advantages. One of the biggest advantages of the magnetic coupling pump is that it does not need sealing equipment. Pumps with magnetic coupling have impeller and magnets. These magnets are attached to the motor. The magnets are connected to the drive assembly of the pump. When the motor is turned on, it turns the magnet and the propeller rotates thanks to the magnetic force coming from the magnet of the motor. Pumps with magnetic coupling are centrifugal pump types. Let us briefly explain the working principle of the magnetic coupling pump. Here is a balanced magnetic field necessary for a healthy wheel transformation. The external magnet movement associated with the motor shaft moves the internal magnet inside the pump. The internal magnet located here is connected to the fan. As a result of this movement, the fan rotates and the liquid in the pump moves. The internal and external magnets inside the pump are separated from each other thanks to a sealing arrangement, and thus the magnetic coupling pump fulfills its function.
