What is a Hydrophore, What does it do?

Hydrophore, known as “pressurization of water” among the people; It is the name given to the water pressurization systems used in places where the water pressure is insufficient. It is used in buildings, flats, detached villas, estates or high-rise buildings in cases where the mains water pressure is not sufficient to meet the pressurized water need. Usually powered by electricity; It serves to increase the pressure of the water flowing from the taps. There is an expansion tank and with the help of this tank, it is used to flood the places where the mains water is not enough. The booster can be directly connected to the mains water. It can also be connected directly to the mains line. However, if it is connected to the mains line, you cannot see the benefit of the booster when the water is cut off.

Let’s continue briefly what hydrophore means; As we mentioned above, they are known as pressurizing water among the people, but their only use is not to pressurize water. Applying water pressure to high-rise buildings is not the only answer to questions such as what is the use of the booster and what is the purpose of the booster. In addition to this purpose, another useful point is; It is to flood the building from the water tank in single-storey or 2-3-storey detached structures or at points where water cuts are common. They are electrically operated pumps. The difference between the booster and the pump is a detail that is often wondered. Let’s briefly explain this as follows. The booster is a whole system consisting of both the pump and the control equipment that controls the pump’s input and output. In order to make the pump work longer, it has a system of protection equipment so that it does not focus on a single purpose, but provides control and protection in general.
