Dangers of Booster
We frequently encounter questions and problems such as the booster works constantly, the booster does not activate, the flow rate decreases, the booster does not flood, the engine is overloaded, the booster is activated too often, the booster vibrates, and so on. As the hydrofoil is used side by side with words such as “electricity, pressure”, its dangers naturally raise questions. Hydrophores are not called “dangerous” if necessary safety precautions are taken and maintenance and repair rules are carried out in accordance with the user manual. We can count the things to be considered in the use of hydrophore as follows;
• Electric panels are the heart of the booster. These panels provide convenience with the aim of both high protection and sequential operation. Do not neglect the maintenance of electrical panels, because this is an important detail to extend their lifetime.
• Check the booster tank regularly, especially the air settings. It is useful to carry out a check-up every 2 or 3 months. For example, the air inside can be discharged. This paves the way for many possible malfunctions. For this reason, it is useful to regularly check the booster tank.
• There are some points you should pay attention to when buying a booster; the number of flats and the height of the building, the location of the warehouse, the horizontal and vertical pipes in the building installation, the friction coefficient of the water in the water installation, the water supply for how many flats, the distance between the place where it will be installed and the flats to be fed, etc. These details are important for choosing the right booster and provide long-term usefulness.
The booster is constantly working!
Speaking of the dangers of the booster, let’s not pass without mentioning one of the most common water booster failures. The booster may be in continuous operation or may be activated at very frequent intervals. In this case, what you need to check and possible causes of failure may be:
• There may be a malfunction in the booster pump expansion tank.

• The water booster may have been activated because the mains water was cut off.
• The tire of the expansion tank may be flat or the air in the tank may be exhausted.
